When you register as a seller or use our platform, we collect: full name, email address, phone number, business name and address, GST/PAN details for KYC verification, bank account details for payouts, store and product information, and any communications you send us.

We automatically collect certain information when you use Bozaat, including: IP address, browser type and version, device information, pages visited and time spent, referring URLs, and order and transaction data.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third-party services such as payment processors, identity verification providers, and logistics partners to facilitate transactions and verify your identity.

We use the information we collect to: create and manage your seller account; process orders and payments; verify your identity and business credentials (KYC); communicate with you about your account, orders, and platform updates; provide customer support; improve our platform and services; comply with legal obligations under Indian law; detect and prevent fraud and abuse; and send you relevant marketing communications (with your consent).

3.1 With Buyers

Your store name, product listings, and seller ratings are visible to buyers on the platform. Your personal contact details are not shared with buyers.

3.2 With Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the platform, including payment processors, logistics partners, cloud hosting providers, and analytics services. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, including compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian regulations.

3.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
